WPA Co-sponsored XIV National congress of the Serbian Psychiatric Association and the III Eastern European Psychiatric Congress will be held from 18-21 April 2012 in Sava Centre, Belgrade (Serbia), under the auspices of President of Republic of Serbia.

The congress title is "Psychiatry for a changing world".

We have chosen a bridge as a symbol of our Congress - a bridge over troubled water, hoping that it could connect two worlds, East and West, developed and developing countries, psychiatry with its cradle medicine and psychiatrists with their patients.

Many distinguished psychiatrists from three continents have already confirmed their participation in our Congress (for more information about the Congress, see http://www.ups-spa.org).
