The Quality Management series was developed and certified by a cooperation of LVR-Klinikum Düsseldorf, Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf, WHO Collaborating Centre for Quality Assurance and Empowerment in Mental Health and World Psychiatric Association Section on Quality Assurance.
This series aims to:
gain an understanding of Quality Management in Mental Health & Care
provide a toolkit for developing skills useful in psychiatric care and research practice in psychiatry
provide practical guidance for the implementation of Quality in Mental Health and Care at local, national and international levels
contribute to the continuing improvement and promotion of Quality Management in Mental Health & Care

Module 4: How to conceptualize Quality Management?
Module 5: The Toolbox of Quality Management
This series is designed for all health professionals, especially psychiatrists and psychologists, and any learner interested in the field of Quality Management in Mental Health and Care that can contribute to Quality implementation, improvement and assurance in their institution.
On completion, learners will be able to download the WPA CPD Certificate and associated CPD points for the Quality Management series via the WPA's Education Portal.
