Main objectives of the Section on Psychoneurobiology are:

  1. The promotion of integration of findings from several research fields, such as neurophysiology, psychology, neuropsychology and psychiatry.

  2. To foster the understanding of psychopathology.

  3. To improve diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions.
